TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Corporate accommodation rates will be charged for guests attending the conference or function.
All beverages are to be bought from Matoppo Inn.
5% handling fee will be added to any additional orders made for a conference or function.
A tentative conference or function booking must be confirmed per deposit 1 month in advance.
Cancellation must take place 72 hours (3 days) prior to the agreed conference date for a refundable deposit. If the conference is cancelled less than 72 hours before the conference date the deposit will not be refunded. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking for weddings.
Bookings for weddings must be cancelled 60 days prior to agreement date. 10% cancellation fee is applicable.
Function cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the agreed date.
Items belonging to Matoppo Inn that are damaged by guests, will be charged to their account.
All extra beverages and sundry charges must be settled directly after the function.
The total balance is to be settled 1 week in advance.
