R500 venue hire for up to 29 persons; R800 venue hire for 30 persons up to a maximum of a 100

  • Venue fee includes crockery, cutlery, glass, white table cloths and napkins, tables, chairs and chair covers as well as table layout.
  • Projector and flip file chart available for conferences.
  • Food and beverages are to be quoted on in addition to the venue fee.
  • Water and stationery available at additional cost.
  • A maximum of a 100 guests can be accommodated at the function venue.

CHILDRENS' PARTIES

  • R500 for the venue; all the food supplied by Matoppo Inn.

WEDDINGS

Morning wedding: R4000
Evening wedding: R6000*

  • Venue fee includes cutlery, crockery, glass, cups and saucers, white napkins and table cloths, laying of tables, a room of your choice and the use of the gardens for wedding photographs.

  • No outside catering or supply of beverages is allowed.
  • Cash bar available.
  • A maximum of a 100 guests can be accommodated at the function venue.
  • *All 16 accommodation rooms to be booked with an evening wedding.
  • Venue Fee ( Use of garden for photo’s ) = R300 + book of Honeymoon Room @ (Antique Room)
  • Venue Fee ( Use of garden for photo’s & Wedding Ceremony) : R1 000 (includes chairs & white chaircovers ) + book of Honeymoon Room (Antique Room)

  • Venue Fee ( Use of garden for photo’s, Wedding Ceremony + Set-up for pre-snacks & pre-drinks )
    = R1500 (includes chairs, tables, all cutlery, crockery, white table cloths & napkins, white chair covers) food & beverages are to quoted on in addition to the venue fee and Honeymoon Room + book of Honeymoon Room (Antique Room)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Corporate accommodation rates will be charged for guests attending the conference or function.
  • All beverages are to be bought from Matoppo Inn.
  • 5% handling fee will be added to any additional orders made for a conference or function.
  • A tentative conference or function booking must be confirmed per deposit 1 month in advance.
  • Cancellation must take place 72 hours (3 days) prior to the agreed conference date for a refundable deposit. If the conference is cancelled less than 72 hours before the  conference date the deposit will not be refunded. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking for weddings.
  • Bookings for weddings must be cancelled 60 days prior to agreement date. 10% cancellation fee is applicable.
  • Function cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the agreed date.
  • Items belonging to Matoppo Inn that are damaged by guests, will be charged to their account.
  • All extra beverages and sundry charges must be settled directly after the function.
  • The total balance is to be settled 1 week in advance.
